  1. Estimate process

  • Submit a request for an estimate.

  • Within 1-2 days’ time, will arrange an in-person assessment. 

  • Typically a 30min in-person visit to assess job scope, understand what you’re looking for, address any concerns. Point out any additional discrepancies noted.

    • Look around, view project details.

  • Customers choose to confirm/deny estimates. An initial deposit may be required during estimate acceptance ($500) to confirm project booking.

 

2. Paint process

  • Arrive in the morning 7:30 am- 8:30 am. 

  • Prep for the project. 

  • Always have a crew lead onsite with 2-3 expert painters. 

  • Owners are not required to be onsite during the project. The foreman provides updates daily with the crew on the status of the projects. 

  • We typically provide daily updates with photos of the project for the customer to view progress.  

 

3. After completion

  • We inspect the job and ensure no remnants of masking or materials are left behind. 

  • Any extra stain or paint is left behind for future use. 

  • We also have the customer inspect the final project to ensure satisfaction, before final payment is requested.
